We build faster, better, and for the greater good

Beyond factory prefabrication, the magic also happens on-site.

In this video, two members of the RCM team share their experience during the installation of modules for the HLM Saint-Dominique project in Jonquière, the first modular social housing project in Quebec.

It highlights our commitment to deliver quality housing rapidly all while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-coordinated job site.

This project is a powerful example of how modular construction can respond to urgent housing needs, such as rehousing low-income residents after a fire, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

  1. Off-Site Manufacturing Modules are constructed indoors at our Canadian facility, protected from weather and under strict quality control. Up to 80% of the work—including finishes, electrical, mechanical, and equipment—is completed before they leave the factory.
  2. Site Preparation
While the modules are being manufactured off-site, the foundation and infrastructure are completed simultaneously—reducing the overall project timeline.
  3. Transport and Assembly
Once completed, the modules are delivered to the jobsite and quickly assembled using a crane, minimizing unexpected delays and on-site construction time.
  4. On-Site Finishing
Structural, electrical, and mechanical connections are finalized, followed by final touch-ups and finishes to ensure a turnkey building.
